Let's talk about our farm.  My husband, Marshall and I had picked out a small tract of land to buy in 2012.  We had many of talks about what we were going to do with it.  It took us until this past April of 2023 to move onto our land.  I wanted a lavender, wild flower, sunflower fields.  Marshall wanted the kudzu gone!  So, we planted 100 lavender plants and got some cute goats!  We have been making soap and lotions to sell at farmers markets and we are hoping to breed our female goats soon. I want to get to where we have a working homestead that uses what we grow and make to support us and our neighbors in Madison County! Marshall is also trying his hand at photography and woodworking.
